HACCP Priciples and Application

This course is delivered over 3 days allowing the participant to attain a practical understanding of HACCP.  The course is instructional in how to develop and implement systems that benefit your business and your HACCP Team. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a universally accepted tool, based on the seven principals of HACCP and used to identify and control food safety hazards.

 

This course is hands-on and aimed at giving participants an in depth knowledge of the principles of HACCP and how to apply it to your business to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

 

The course can be delivered one-on-one or in a group based training session.

 

Successful participants will receive a certificate including the following qualifications:

 

FDFOPTHCP3A            Participate in a HACCP Team

FDFCORFSY2A            Implement the Food Safety Program and Procedures

FDFPHGMP2A              Implement the Good Manufacturing Practice Procedures
